Ιn the framework of the “SeaHealth” project, the research team of UoA, in collaboration with SQLearn and DANAOS, carried out a study to record the training needs of the potential users of the online platform, so as for the project team to decide on the educational modules that will be developed.
More specifically, online questionnaires were prepared and distributed to seafarers, mainly from the ocean-going shipping, from the contact network of SQLearn and DANAOS. Respondents were asked to answer a series of simple questions in English, regarding their educational requirements on issues of medical interest.
