International Certification: ISO 9001: 2015
With the aim to fully satisfy its customers and in order to ensure high quality and continuous improvement of operations, SQLearn’s quality management system is certified according to the new international standard ISO 9001:2015 by TÜV AUSTRIA HELLAS for the provision of e-learning services. ISO 9001 is the standard model of quality management for organizations worldwide and is consistently applied by SQLearn, so as all services provided not only meet customer requirements but also comply with national and international standards.

Quality of service is a priority and plays a decisive role in SQLearn’s collaboration with its customers, as demonstrated by the customer satisfaction survey conducted by the company in January 2018.
According to the survey results, which were anonymous, our partners rated SQLearn with 4/5, stating that the primary reason they choose to work with us is the quality of our services.
